Our Return Policy
At Haven Bliss, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, because our products are personal care items, we must adhere to strict health and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Conditions

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at havenblissskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.
2. Returnable vs. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide a photo of the damaged item and its packaging.

Allergic Reactions: We understand that skin sensitivities can occur. If you have an allergic reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will provide a full refund or a store credit, though we may ask for a photo of the reaction to better understand the issue.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products simply because of a change of mind.

Used Products: For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened.
3. The Unsealed Product Dilemma

We understand that our bottles and jars do not have a tamper-evident seal. This is why we rely on your honesty and our careful inspection process.

For Pump Bottles: We cannot accept returns on pump bottles as it would be impossible for us to determine if product has been used or not. It's possible to unscrew the whole cap without tempering with the pump mechanism itself. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

For Jars: While we will inspect the product for any signs of use (e.g., fingerprints, stirring, or a disturbed surface), we maintain the right to refuse a return if we cannot confirm the product is in its original, untouched condition.
4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at havenblissskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting us.
5. Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

In some cases, we may offer a store credit or an exchange instead of a full refund.
